Where do you serve?
All of Colorado — Denver, Thornton, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and beyond. Venues within 30 miles of Thornton carry no travel fee. Beyond that, the miles past 30 are billed round trip at the current IRS standard business rate, 76¢ per mile, and always shown on your quote before you commit.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Four to six weeks for parties and showers, and two to three months for weddings. Peak weekend dates between May and October are limited, though we're always glad to hear about shorter-notice events.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your details and respond within one business hour with recommendations and a quote composed for your event. No obligation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Each booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and a deposit that reserves your date — a set amount for each package, shown with that package, with custom events quoted individually. Your date isn't held until the deposit is received.
